   Please note that this is the theme related forum.
   Please ask general WordPress questions at WordPress Support Forum

   Before you post a question:

   1. Make sure that the problem you have is the theme issue:
      • Deactivate all plugins and see if the problem still exists. If not, find what plugin is causing the problem. Then ask the plugin author to solve the problem.
      • Remove all widgets from sidebars and see if the problem still exists. If not, find the widget causing the problem. Correct it. No need to ask here.
      • Activate another theme (e.g. TwentyTen) and see if the problem still exists. If not, post the issue here (the previous points should be however done in any case).
   2. Find out what actions have you done before the issue appeared.
   3. Make sure you are using the latest theme version.
   4. Try different browsers

   How to post a question
   Please include following information to your post:

   1. Step-by-step description of actions you've done before an issue appeared.
   2. Or step-by-step description of actions you've done to meet your requirements
   3. Your expectation. What do you expect to see? What is wrong?
   4. Provide the link to your site/page where the issue is visible
   5. What browsers the issue appeared in?
