#I have lost the admin bar at the top of the site and ant to get it back.I have not changed any coding.

#I don't really know.I was hoping you could tell me. One minute it was there then it was gone. I hve googled the problem and checked all the areas that wordpress suggested.

Have you looked at your profile if you have the option selected? Are you the admin?
Anyway, the only test to do always to see if it's a theme issue or not, is to switch to WP default theme and see if the problem persists... it's simple and easy. -

#Checked the profile. I am the admin. I even switched themes it was not on the twenty ten either. The admin bar in the back page works though it is crazy!

If you have all two options (front and back end) checked, and only one is visible, I think it could be a browser problem. Try to clear your cache/cookies and log out and log in again, then open a single post from front-end or reload home page. I don't think it's a theme issue.
