How Clear Line Theme Make a sticky post ?

I just wandering if Clear Line Theme can make a sticky post ? How and where? Because I see there are widgets that can put something "Before Sticky Post", but I cannot find any buttons or options to make my post sticky.

BTW, this is a great theme with comfortable customatization.

Sticky post is the core WP functionality, not a theme's. So make it as usual.
