Breadcrumb appearing only on posts - not pages, categories etc.

I've activated the "Breadcrumbs" option to "Yes" in the "Navigation" section of the clearline theme options...and breadcrumbs are appearing only for blog posts - not on standard pages or category pages. I've checked this in chrome and firefox.

Breadcrumb showing on blog post: http://www.safarisafricana.com/wildlife-spotting-tips/

Breadcrumb not showing on category page: http://www.safarisafricana.com/category/ideas/

Breadcrumb not showing on website page: http://www.safarisafricana.com/national-parks/namibia/

The website (www.safarisafricana.com) is made up of a combination of pages and posts, so this is an issue as I'd like a consistent breadcrumb.

Can anyone tell me how I can active the breadcrumb to appear on all pages and post on the website?

But if you want it, the easiest way to do so is disable function on theme (in theme options) and search for a plugin.
